Your Role & Housing

  • Guest Relations: You will manage the check-in and check-out process using professional hotel software like OPERA PMS.
  • Service Excellence: You will process reservations, coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance, and provide personalized local recommendations.
  • Financial Management: You will process payments and maintain guest accounts (folios) with the highest precision.
  • Housing & Meals: A key benefit of this placement is the provided housing. You will live in staff accommodations (dorm-style) for approximately $150 per week. This price includes utilities and meals in the employee cafeteria—a massive benefit in the exclusive Hamptons.
